The Team report consists of the following:

  • Fast Facts
    An overview of the team, highlighting the main factors in a simple and immediate format.
  • Team Analysis
    An analysis of the team as a working unit, describing its most important general features (Direction, Communication, Stability, and so on), as well as detailing the overall structure of the team.
  • Key Team Dynamics
    An investigation of the most relevant personality dynamics at work within the team, and any likely effects (positive or negative) that they might bring to the team as a whole.
  • Graphical Summary
    A selection of charts highlighting the strongest features of the team, and also describing the ways in which the personalities of different team members relate to one another.
  • Team Role Breakdown
    A section that looks at each of the typical team roles that are represented within the team, and which members fit those different roles.
  • Leadership Analysis
    If you have specified a leader for the team, DISCUS™ will report on their general leadership style and their interaction with the other members. This Leadership Analysis section also describes the expectations of the team's members of their leader.

    Members who are likely to take on a leadership role, whether formal or informal, are known as 'emergent leadership candidates'. This section identifies members of this kind.
